For Guests
Search for parks by location, dates, or amenities. When you find a park you like, select your arrival and departure dates, enter your rig details, and complete payment through our secure checkout. You'll receive a booking confirmation email immediately. The park operator is notified and will have your reservation ready on arrival.
Never. RVSpot is commission-free. Travelers contact operators directly — we never take a cut.
Parks with a "Claimed Pro" badge are actively managed by their owner or operator on RVSpot. The operator has completed our claim process and keeps the listing current. All parks on RVSpot have been reviewed before listing. Community reviews provide an additional layer of accountability — you can see honest ratings from real stays.
Reservations are made directly with the park, so cancellations and refunds follow that park's own policy. RVSpot doesn't process bookings or payments and isn't involved in the transaction — contact the park directly to cancel or change a reservation.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through Stripe's secure checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported on compatible devices and browsers. We do not accept cash, checks, or bank transfers at this time.
After your check-out date, you'll receive an email invitation to review your stay. You can also leave a review by visiting the park's page on RVSpot and clicking "Write a review." Reviews are only accepted from guests who have completed a verified booking at that park to ensure authenticity.
Nomad Pro has been retired — all traveler features are now free. Your free Explorer account includes real Wi-Fi speed ratings, offline maps and GPS routing, the caravan organizer, and the remote job board. No subscription required.
Each park's profile page shows their phone number and, for Pro parks, a direct messaging option. For pre-booking questions about specific sites, rig accommodations, or accessibility needs, we recommend calling the park directly. Once you have a confirmed booking, you can also message the park through your booking dashboard.
For Park Operators
Your park may already be listed — we pre-populate listings from public sources. Search for your park on RVSpot and click "Claim this park" on the listing. We'll verify ownership via phone or business email, usually within 24 hours. Once claimed, you can update all details, add photos, and get discovered by travelers. Listing your park is free, and RVSpot is commission-free — we never charge a booking fee or take a cut of your revenue. Travelers contact you directly. Pro ($69/month, or $45/month for Founding Operators) and Elite ($199/month) unlock priority search placement, an analytics dashboard, and a Claimed Pro badge. Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. Once you connect your Stripe account (or create one during onboarding — it's free), payouts are deposited directly into your bank account 2–7 business days after the guest's check-in date. Stripe's standard card processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction).
Stripe Connect is the payment infrastructure we use to route guest payments directly to park operators. When a guest pays for a booking, the funds (minus any applicable fees) flow directly to your connected Stripe account. You don't need a separate Stripe account beforehand — we guide you through creating one during the onboarding process. It's free and takes about 5 minutes.
RVSpot is commission-free on every plan — no booking fees, ever. The key upgrade differences: Pro ($69/month, or $45/month for Founding Operators) adds priority placement in search results, an analytics dashboard, unlimited photos, and a Claimed Pro badge. Elite ($199/month) adds a dedicated account manager, featured homepage placement, and multi-park management tools. For most parks, Pro pays for itself by getting discovered by more travelers through priority placement.
Travelers contact you directly using the phone number, website, and details on your listing, and you handle reservations however you already do. RVSpot is a commission-free directory — we send interested travelers your way and never sit between you and your guests.
After a guest's stay, they receive an automated invitation to leave a review. Reviews are verified — only guests with a completed booking at your park can leave one. You can respond publicly to reviews through your operator dashboard. We do not allow parks to remove reviews except in cases of clear policy violations (spam, offensive content, or reviews not based on a real stay).
From your operator dashboard, click "Upgrade to Pro" and complete the checkout. Your Pro features activate immediately. You'll also be guided through Stripe Connect setup if you haven't completed it yet. Park Pro renews monthly and can be cancelled at any time — your listing reverts to Basic at the end of the billing period with no data lost.
