By accessing or using RVSpot.net (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Booking Bridge LLC dba RVSpot ("RVSpot", "we", "us", or "our").
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
RVSpot is an online marketplace that connects RV travelers with RV parks and campgrounds across the United States. We provide search, booking, and review tools. RVSpot is not a party to agreements between travelers and park operators, except where we process payments as a payment intermediary.
RVSpot does not own, operate, manage, or control any RV park listed on the Platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of any park.
To access certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
As a traveler, you may search parks, read reviews, and make bookings through the Platform. You agree to:
Nomad Pro subscriptions ($9/month) auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.
Park operators who list on RVSpot agree to:
Park Pro subscriptions ($69/month) and Elite subscriptions ($199/month) auto-renew unless cancelled. A 3% guest-side platform fee is added to each booking's checkout total and is paid by the traveler; park operators pay $0 commission on all plans. Operators receive payouts via Stripe Connect within 2–7 business days of check-in.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. RVSpot collects a 3% platform service fee on each booking. This fee is non-refundable except in cases of park cancellation.
Prices displayed are set by park operators. RVSpot is not responsible for pricing errors made by operators. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel or confirm at the correct price.
Each park sets its own cancellation policy. Common policies include:
The 3% RVSpot platform fee is non-refundable in all cases. If a park cancels your confirmed booking, you will receive a full refund including the platform fee.
You may not use the Platform to:
By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to the Platform, you grant RVSpot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform.
You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RVSPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR ANY BOOKING MADE THROUGH IT.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RVSpot in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to first contact us at legal@rvspot.net to attempt informal resolution before initiating any legal proceedings.
Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Miami, Florida.
