A FEMA caution flag means the park's GPS coordinates fall within a Special Flood Hazard Area per FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer maps. This is not a booking block — it's a reminder to verify current conditions with the park, especially during spring or wet seasons.
Data confidence reflects how many key fields are verified — phone, website, Wi-Fi details, pet policy, pricing. Parks with Google Places–verified records score higher. If a park has low data confidence, call before booking to confirm the specifics that matter for your trip.
