By accessing or using RVSpot.net ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by Booking Bridge LLC dba RVSpot, a limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including travelers, RV park operators, and visitors.
RVSpot is an online marketplace and information platform that connects RV travelers with RV parks and campgrounds across the United States. Our services include:
RVSpot acts as an intermediary marketplace. We are not the owner, operator, manager, or lessor of any RV park listed on the Platform. All bookings are agreements between the traveler and the park operator directly.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
RVSpot is a commission-free directory. It does not process bookings or payments between travelers and park operators, and is not a party to any reservation, rental agreement, or transaction. Travelers contact operators directly to arrange and pay for a stay.
No booking fees or commission. RVSpot does not charge travelers a booking fee and does not take a commission from operators on any plan. Any reservation terms, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are set and handled solely by the park operator.
Operator subscriptions. Optional Pro and Elite subscriptions and promoted listings are billed to operators by RVSpot through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. These charges are for directory features only — never for processing guest reservations.
By claiming or creating a park listing, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the park and that all information provided is accurate.
Operators are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listing information, including pricing, amenity availability, and site specifications. RVSpot does not independently verify operator-submitted information except where explicitly noted (e.g., "Claimed Pro" status).
Operators agree to keep their listing information — including rates, amenities, and contact details — accurate and current, and to honor reservations they accept directly from travelers. Operators who repeatedly provide inaccurate information or fail to respond to travelers may have their listings suspended.
Pro Park subscriptions are billed monthly at $69/month (or $699/year). Elite subscriptions are billed monthly at $199/month. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
Users may submit reviews, ratings, Wi-Fi speed tests, photos, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant RVSpot a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content in connection with the Platform.
You represent that your User Content is truthful, based on your genuine experience, and does not infringe any third-party rights. Reviews must be based on actual stays or verified experiences.
RVSpot reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove User Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable law. Reviews are not guaranteed to be published and may be delayed for moderation.
Operators may publicly respond to reviews. Operator responses must remain professional and may not disclose personal guest information.
RVSpot does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy of any content submitted by users or park operators. Park descriptions, amenity lists, Wi-Fi speed claims, pricing information, and reviews reflect the submissions of third parties, not RVSpot.
You acknowledge that any reliance on third-party content is at your own risk. We encourage you to independently verify important information before making booking decisions.
Nomad Pro ($9/month): Provides access to enhanced traveler features. Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues through period end. 30-day free trial available for new subscribers — no charge until trial ends.
Park Pro ($69/month): Provides operator dashboard features including analytics, priority placement, and direct messaging. Same billing and cancellation terms as Nomad Pro.
Park Elite ($199/month): Provides all Pro features plus dedicated account management, multi-park dashboard, and featured placement. Same billing and cancellation terms as Nomad Pro.
We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RVSPOT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARK LISTING INFORMATION IS ACCURATE OR CURRENT.
RVSPOT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF ANY RV PARK, THE CONDUCT OF ANY PARK OPERATOR OR GUEST, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF A PARK LISTED ON THE PLATFORM.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOOKING BRIDGE LLC DBA RVSPOT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO RVSPOT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
